Meet the Chef

I’m Chef Jordan Solich, a Los Angeles-based private cook focused on creating delicious, well balanced meals for individuals and families.

My approach to cooking is simple: fresh ingredients, strong technique, unique flavor profiles, and food that feels both comforting and elevated. I draw a lot of influence from Italian, Mediterranean, and Japanese cuisine, but can cook just about anything.

I primarily work with clients on a weekly basis, offering meal prep or cooking in-home. Everything is tailored to your preferences, schedule, and lifestyle, so you never have to worry about fresh meals on the table.

I am a recent graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, where I developed a strong foundation in classical technique and ingredient composition. I am also ServSafe certified, and proper handling of food and sanitation is my top priority.
